ACB Application
Some improvements to our homes must be approved by the ACB. New pools, outbuildings, perimeter fencing, and sheds are in this category. If you are repainting your home, but keeping the same/ similar colors, it is not necessary to submit an application to the ACB. No application is required for replacing roof shingles unless you change roofing material, e.g., fiberglass to metal. See the Rules & Regulations Handbook for further detail.
